B2B Growth is a daily podcast dedicated to helping B2B marketing leaders achieve explosive growth. Each episode features an interview with a B2B marketing executive or thought leader, discussing topics like: B2B marketing strategy, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, marketing technology (MarTech), B2B strategic partnerships, aligning marketing with sales, social media, content creation and promotion, leadership, buyer personas, agile marketing, and more.

“I wanted the American Dream, and I told myself I was doing it all for my family. In reality, my family didn’t care what business I had. They just wanted me home.”

In 2004, Carlos Hidalgo called home to talk to his family. His 13-year-old son picked up the phone and scolded him: “You’re always at a hotel.” Then he hung up the phone.

Carlos knew something had to change.

So he changed … everything. He stopped chasing glory around the country, and started focusing on repairing his home relationships. He found what he defines as success, and, interestingly enough, he’s now found more “worldly” success than ever:

Carlos Hidalgo is the son of a Cuban immigrant, marketing veteran, a TEDx speaker, Founder & CEO of VisumCX & Co-Host of the #H2H series on B2B Growth, and now, author of The UnAmerican Dream.
